Xgrids Products

Skytech Drones Inc. (“Skytech Drones”, “we”, “our”) is an authorized Canadian distributor of Xgrids scanning products (www.xgrids.com). By purchasing Xgrids equipment through our website or representatives, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Use & Compliance

All products are intended for professional or commercial use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the lawful and safe use of the equipment in accordance with Transport Canada and any applicable provincial regulations.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice. Full payment is required prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sales are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and timelines will be confirmed at time of sale. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Skytech Drones is not responsible for customs delays or third-party courier issues.

4. Warranty & Support

Xgrids products are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer warranty coverage is available as provided by Xgrids. Skytech Drones provides product training and onboarding support but does not cover warranty repairs or replacements. Warranty claims must be directed to Xgrids support.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless due to shipping damage reported within 5 business days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Skytech Drones, subject to inspection and approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skytech Drones is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product sold. Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Resale Restrictions

Resellers may not sell Xgrids products obtained through Skytech Drones outside of their authorized agreement or directly source from other Xgrids distributors without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
